What we collect
When you buy a founder pack, we get your name, your email, the pack you bought, the amount and the date. Our payment provider Bachs handles your card or bank details. We never see your card number.
Why we collect it
To send your receipt, to email you the day StoryForge opens, and to add your credits to your account.
Who sees it
Bachs, which takes your payment, and the tools we use to host this page and send email. We do not sell your data.
When StoryForge opens
Before it processes your topics, scripts or videos, we will publish an updated notice that says what it does with them and which services help.
How long we keep it
While your credits are valid, and after that for as long as the law requires us to keep payment records.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it or delete it. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. We handle your data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.
